Personalised Sparkling Brut from South Eastern Australia
This personalised sparkling wine has aromas of citrus, red apples and thirdly hints of musk. The palate is lively and full of flavour with a creamy texture due to maloactive fermentation, resulting in a crisp, balanced acidity on the finish.
Our sparkling brut is a non-vintage (NV) wine, the final blend is prepared from various vintages, therefore maintaining consistency of the wine style. Varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are sourced from a diverse range of sites, both from the Riverland and through to cooler vineyard sites in the Barossa ranges and Adelaide Hills.
