This Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz is all Barossa style with generous, ripe fruit characters. The wine opens with fresh, bright aromas of dark red plums, anise and cherries with brooding dark chocolate and then it’s all about the finer red currant and cedar presence of Cabernet Sauvignon.
The palate is rich, fleshy and generous, yet soft and supple. These rich flavours are balanced and linger throughout the long finish.
Matured for 10 Months in French, American & Hungarian barrels. For drinking now and over the next 5+ years.
