Personalised Icon Chardonnay has a palate that is zesty and textural with a refreshing citrus and grapefruit acid drive. Wild yeast fermentation adds an extra layer of complexity and palate weight without detracting from the freshness of the fruit flavours.
This pale gold Chardonnay is fermented and matured for 11 Months in French oak. With fresh aromas of grapefruit zest and lemon curd with underlying notes of citrus blossom this Chardonnay is delicious.
